We do not collect any of your personal information when you use our products or services. The one exception to this is our support ticketing system, where you can optionally provide a return email address so we can follow up your ticket with more clarifying questions or updates. This information is kept securely using Google Forms.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at slyllama@outlook.com. You can also request to have your email address erased from your ticket.
Slyllama does not – nor will it ever – engage with generative AI tooling for any aspect of its practice, including design, development, marketing, and operations.
